 The Estonian Academy of Music Chamber Orchestra (string orchestra)
was founded by Paeter Paemurru in 1985.
The Orchestra has performed in Estonia and abroad, participated in the Youth Orchestra Festival in Valencia and performed twice in the Aberdeen Festival in Scotland. In 1990 the orchestra participated in the British Youth Orchestra Festival in Glasgow, where they won first prize from Novello Publishers (Novello Award). The group has performed in Germany, Sweden and Finland.
